When we were kids...

The first super hero on TV, I can remember...

Soft drink, you mean colour or goli soda?

Safe and cheap transport to school

You could actually buy stuff with even one or a few of them

  3. Yeah!! I remember Johny Sokko as 'GIANT ROBOT'. I used to rush completing my homework which is the passport to watch this program.

If am right, it was at 8 pm on Wednesdays..... My Favourite at that time.

  8. @ Oxy: A real pity that Coke discontinued Gold Spot, when they retained Thums Up and Limca, I still remember Campa Cola and the ad that ran for it

@ Zee: had i retained my old dumb boxes I guess they would have some value now, as antiques!

  11. How I liked that panneer soda! It was the treat we waited for after our exams. On the last day of our exam, we got 10 rupees as pocket-money and from that one rupee for panneer soda. I still remember that taste and coolness.

We had the best of growing up and living years.

    Joy always,
    Susan
